Cryptocurrency Deposits: All crypto deposits are irreversible. Double-check wallet addresses before initiating any transfer. Exzox is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses.
Fiat Deposits: Bank or UPI deposits processed through manual verification or payment gateways are non-refundable once credited to your Exzox wallet.
Withdrawal requests are processed only after thorough verification.
Once processed and sent to the provided bank account or wallet address, withdrawals cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Ensure all withdrawal details are accurate before submission.
All buy, sell, swap, or exchange transactions executed on Exzox are final.
We do not provide refunds for completed trades, regardless of market price changes or user decisions.
Refunds are only considered under exceptional cases such as:
Duplicate deposit due to technical error
Wrong amount credited due to system malfunction
Verified unauthorized transactions due to platform breach (not user negligence)
Such cases are reviewed individually by our compliance team. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Exzox management.
Orders: Orders placed and confirmed on Exzox cannot be cancelled as the system matches and executes trades instantly.
Account Closure: Users may request account closure by contacting support. All pending transactions must be settled before closure.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication with Exzox support may lead to account suspension, legal action, and forfeiture of funds.
